If you order a preview, we usually get this to you within 3 working days

Shipping estimates

United Kingdom - Priority: 2-4 working days. Standard: 5-7 working days.

Rest of the world - Up to 7 working days.

A3 - Unframed: 29.7 cm x 42 cm

A2 - Unframed: 42 cm x 59.4 cm

A3 - Framed: 30 cm x 45 cm

A2 - Framed: 44 cm x 63 cm

Refund policy

Due to the tailor made nature of our prints we can only offer refund for damaged goods. This does not include the statistics used in your print.

However if you check the "Preview" option when making your order, you will be able to preview your Chat Chart before it goes to print and make any changes you like.

Cancellation policy

You are free to cancel your order and receive a full refund anytime before your Chat Chart has been designed. Depending on our workload, this can be 1-2 hours after purchasing.
